Narberth RFC Membership Packages
We are pleased to welcome you to the membership page of Narberth RFC for the 2025/2026 season which commences 1st August 2025 (expires 31st July 2026). Please see the different types of membership the club has to offer and the benefits of each category.
PATRON

VICE PRESIDENT
An exclusive membership package which includes a VP tie, free entry to all First and Athletic home games (including Cup matches), 2 pre-match lunches, match day drinks offer, discounted bar prices and priority international tickets. FULL MEMBERSHIP (EXCLUDING PLAYER MEMBERSHIP)
This level of membership gives the right to full participation in club activities (excluding playing) committee participation, and attendance/voting at the AGM. Also includes discounted gate entry for First team home matches and discounted bar prices.
SEASON TICKET (FORMERLY FIELD MEMBERSHIP
This covers full membership (as above) and free match-day entry to all First and Athletic team home fixtures, including Cup matches. Also includes discounted bar prices. In line with our gate prices, we offer a reduction to members over the age of 65.
PLAYER MEMBERSHIP – SENIOR AND YOUTH
Full membership of the club, but the member must also have active player registration with the WRU. Fees contribute towards kit, equipment, physio support, courses and post-match food, as well as upkeep of the club and pitches.
COACH/TEAM SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP (Age Grade & Community Rugby)
This level of membership offers the same benefits as full club membership, plus includes any additional requirements as stipulated by the WRU. There will be up to SIX free community game memberships per team for coaches, team manager, first aiders and referees.
JUNIOR PLAYER MEMBERSHIP
This allows individuals playing for junior teams (U7 to U16) to be members of the club.
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE MEMBERS OF NARBERTH RFC LTD AND HAVE ACTIVE PLAYER REGISTRATION WITH THE WRU.
Fees contribute towards kit, equipment, coaching and first aid courses, DBS checks, post- match food, as well as upkeep of the pitches and club.
*Junior Membership is £50 for the first child and £25 for siblings.

By registering a young person as a player with the club, it will be considered that you have agreed to adhere to the content of these documents.
Could parents also fill out a separate “Juniors” form as attached Junior Membership Form.docx and return it to the team manager

MAKING YOUR MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT
There are a few ways that you can make membership payments. However, our preferred option is that you pay via the attached link and into the club’s PayPal account.
- Follow the links via this site and then pay via PayPal – please note no cards are accepted, only PayPal on Mojo.
- Call in at the club and pay over the bar by cash or card. Please also leave your contact details with staff.
- By post – Please send cheques to: The Membership Secretary, Narberth RFC, The Club House, Spring Gardens, Narberth, Pembrokeshire, SA67 7BT.
For Patron and Vice President applications, arrangements can be made to pay by monthly direct debit. Please contact: membership.narberthrfc@gmail.com
**Please Note**
Any individual making an application for membership does so with the understanding that they will need to abide by the rules and regulations of the club.
Applicants should note that in accordance with the Club Constitution, there will be a lapse period between the application and membership being approved by the club.
If any serious breach of the rules takes place, then the Management Committee reserves the right to remove an individual as a member.
